Cajun Cookoff

TIME: 12-5PM
LOCATION: Salvage Station

Cost:
$10 Members
$20 Non-Members
$30 Entrance + New Membership

Each year we pay tribute to the southern roots of Mardis Gras with a food and music fest known as the Cajun Cook Off. A dozen professional and amateur chefs from around Asheville are invited to show off their personal sizzle and spice by dishing up their takes on Cajun cuisine.

You’re welcome to sample a dish from all the chefs you want, but you’ll only be given three vouchers that you can use to vote for your favorites. Winners are announced at the end of the party but before that, you can dance off those calories to a Cajun band and support AMG by buying tickets for our fabulous PRIZE GIVEAWAY!

Plus, bring your canned goods along to contribute to our food drive for Manna Food bank. Each can gets you a ticket for our PRIZE GIVEAWAY.
